Welcome! Happy New Year! This blog is suppose to help me become more accountable for the goals I have for 2017 and hopefully accomplish them soon!
My goals for 2017 are:
- Make it to 128 pounds by May
- No Sugar No Carbs
- No Alcohol for 30 days
- Go to Kickboxing 3 times a week
- Go to Btone 5 times a week
- Stick to Protein and Veggies
- Run 10 more races
- Try yoga at least twice a week
- Handstand
- Split
I have been slowly moving into the no sugar but this week will be tough! Channeling my inner Zac Efron to get through the sugar detox!
